For the plate just get some LEDs from here: http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-bin/store/index.cgi?action=DispPage&Page2Disp=%2Fmini-wedge.html%23wled As long as its a 194 base bulb you're good. I think I did the Wledx5 for mine and it turned out good I dont have any pics on my comp right now but it will get you that look you want.
